Oak & Ember started with a simple idea: create a place where good coffee and good people could meet without feeling rushed. Our beans are roasted in small batches, our food is made fresh every morning, and our door is always open for one more conversation.
We work with independent roasters who care about where their coffee comes from. Every bean is chosen for character, balance and that moment when you take the first sip and quietly think, “Yep. That's good.”
