A hidden kitchen in the heart of the city crafting fire-roasted meats, slow-simmered reductions, and hand-rolled pasta. Only twelve tables. Reservation mandatory.
Every morning at five, our cast irons are seasoned and our stockpots are brought to a gentle boil over embers. We work directly with small farms within seventy miles, sourcing heritage beef cuts and heirloom produce picked the afternoon prior.
Every jus, sauce, and glaze is extracted in-house from bone reductions and wild mountain herbs.
Directly facing our open iron hearth. Chef Marcus cooks each course inches away from you, pouring pan drippings and carving roasts table-side.
Surrounded by reclaimed brick and candlelight. Designed for unhurried dinners where bottles breathe and conversations stretch long into midnight.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please choose your preferred table arrangement and date below.
Your reservation has been locked in our kitchen ledger. A private door entry code and preparation confirmation has been sent to your email.
